Acceptance of Terms

M/S CORPHARM, registered in the name of RAMVATAR SHARMA (Jaipur, Rajasthan), grants use of this platform subject to your compliance. Clicking "I AGREE" or continuing to browse certifies that you have understood and agreed to these terms.

Eligibility

To use this platform, you must be 18 years of age or older and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law.

You agree that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.

Prices may be revised without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

In case of transaction failure where money is deducted, CORPHARM shall not be liable for issues arising from the payment gateway, bank, or third-party payment provider.

Delivery & Shipping

Products are estimated to be delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer upon successful delivery and full payment of the order.

Dispatch times are estimates only. Time is not the essence of the tri-partite contract between You, Us, and the manufacturer.

All content, logos, graphics, images, text, designs, and materials on this website are the exclusive property of M/S CORPHARM.

You are granted limited permission to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Reverse engineering, copying, modification, redistribution, or unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Communication

By accepting these terms, you authorize CORPHARM to contact you via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Phone Calls, or Push Notifications regarding transactions, updates, offers, and services.

This authorization shall remain valid irrespective of any DND (Do Not Disturb) registration with telecom operators.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at the place of operations of M/S CORPHARM.
