- Clear visibility of Order Details.
Leaking / Broken / Unsealed Products
- Product damage images
- Spillage photographs
- Mono-carton images
- Outer packaging images
Missing / Wrong / Empty Products
- Package content images
- Package opening video
- Outer packaging photographs
Dirty Packaging Complaints
- Complete package images
- Open package photographs
- Visible condition evidence
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been accepted and processed.
In cases involving potential faults on our part, customers may contact support for discretionary review and evaluation of their refund request.
